This customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills and a combination of debugging and development experience.
We are looking for someone who is a Jack of all trades with extensive WordPress knowledge and enjoys learning and solving problems outside of their domain knowledge.
This position includes:
Providing high quality concierge technical support.
Helping clients and teammates via tickets, emails and phone calls.
Solving tough problems with client sites, themes, plugins, and third party services (including Ad Tech and Email Marketing software).
A fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
Taking an active role in helping our company to continue to grow and improve our offering.
Experience with Google Ad Manager (DFP).
Experience with Google Analytics.
Ability to work on and switch between many different projects.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated work ethic.
